This roller is in great shape. It has been hardly used. it does show some signs of wear but nothing more than just normal use. It comes with everything in the picture and the stock pinion gear (not shown). Everything rolls great bearings soomth. I got this in atrade but I don't run cars/trucks. $120 shipped CONUS
