I honestly don't know about shipping lipos internationally ...how does customs treat such a shipment? USPS International Priority Small Flat Rate is $16.95, which will hold 2 x 4s packs, and 2 of these boxes is cheaper than one 6lbs box large enough for all 4. Basically I need some more info before I can say for sure. Maybe someone here has experience and can chime in.

I buy all of my lipos internationally. Customs will normally ignore it if you write toy parts, gift and under $18 value on each the boxes.
