    Traxxas VXL-6S Marine ESC

    Hi,
    I received this ESC as part of a boat deal. It is a version 1 VXL-6S marine ESC from a Spartan. The previous owner states it is unused. Traxxas claims these ESCs are waterproof.

          do you happen to know at what amp this esc rated? and is it programmable?

            Here's a link to the Traxxas Spartan manual. If you download the manual it has setup and programming instructions (too long to post here)
            It says supports 6S, but if it were me I'd keep it at 4...

                  Yes it is. The link with the PDF explains the procedure to turn on LVC for lipos packs (default is LVC off for NIMH packs)
