hi guys i am from trinidad west indies it cost me 6.43tt /1us dollars but it's just for the fun of the sport i do it, these fees are hard but the other option is just keep the cash and watch videos of the others guys run their boats,or forget to add this 30% customs duty/15% vat and freight 2us per pound i am still in the game and loving it.Comment

It is still acceptable (from a PayPal perspective) to offer a discount for payments OTHER than PayPal. For instance, the Seller can offer a 3% (or whatever) discount if the Buyer wants to pay by U.S. Postal Money Order .... or a discount (in addition to shipping charges) if the Buyer wants to pay cash and pick up the item.Comment

Sorry but this should have happened a long time ago.
10. NO Paypal fee's can be added to the listing. For example $20 and if paid with Paypal an extra 2%. As a user of Paypal its against the PayPal rules and regulations to charge a fee to a buyer. If need be add the associated cost to your item cost. "NEW" as of 2/01/2012Comment
