    Please be carefull

A recurring trend is bothersome to me. This is the second time this month alone I have advertised an item for sale, accepted paypal for the item and marked the item as sold on three different sites, only to have the purchaser ask for a refund the very next day. Please do your research before comitting to purchase an item. Buyers will now assume there is something wrong with the article which is just not the case. Thanks for letting me vent. BG

The 240 Duratrax AC/DC is back up for sale.

One possible solution is to specify in the original post that once Pay Pal is received there will be no refunds. Not perfect, but AFAIK within the rules for OSE and PayPal. FleaBay doesn't allow renegs on purchases and it seems to work most of the time....

why don't we just put that in the rules that once you send the money, it's sold for good.

We are dealing with Paypal and the seller seems to have no rights. The buyer just has to complain to Paypal (for no good reason) and Paypal scoops the money from the sellers account. Also, I don't want to force anything on anybody who has made a mistake. I am just wanting buyers to be more carefull before paying. Thanks BG
