Boat hasn't been in the water a whole lot. It does have a Grim Racer metal 3 blade prop and bullet prop nut on it.
it is ready to run with the stock brushless system in it and the stock tactic 2.4 radio system. Just add your batteries and get in the water.

What you see is what you get. I do not have the boat stand or the manual. The manual can be gotten from the aquacraft website.
