Heya Jack, If your still parting out your ul-1's, You may have some hardware I can use ?.

I am looking for 2 flex shafts w/ couplers, strut and maybe a motor and esc too. Thanks

As far as having 2 drive assemblies, I only have what came with the boat. I'm selling the hull/hardware together. Not parting out at the moment. I know the cables are back ordered everywhere because they seem to come apart, prop shaft from the drive cable. The motor is not for sale, but the ESC is still available.
