Hi Jeff,

I did commit to pay for this hull and agreed for the shipping quote given by the seller. I'm just waiting for Lindell's other items that he want's to sell that I might have a use for. Just to maximize the shipping cost because it may be put inside the hull when it get shipped. Maybe we can say it's sold pending payment! Funny Jeff it's a CAt hull again huh? No offense my friend but I intend to get this one. Hehehe! How's ur micro iceburg? Ooops! I'm OT! My bad!

Haha! Well I'm really glad you're picking this up, I couldn't afford it anyway - would have been pushing some bills until my next paycheck, lol

I just can't resist these things! This looks like a great hull, hope you thoroughly enjoy it
And yeah, I got a soft spot for catamarans. Not sure why, just like em more than v's!
...Especially now that I have 2 matching 4074 motors that would have been great in this hull. Oh man that would have been fun!

Anyhow, was just curious - usually see the seller update with a sold pending funds post.
I've missed out on a couple items because I thought they were sold but the seller hadn't confirmed & then someone one asked about it & picked it up.
Crazy crazy stuff.

Oh, and the micro iceberg is great. Talking with HRC about maybe making cooling jackets for my 24mm inrunners. Also found that minicatracing has some jackets that will fit, but they are some type that you epoxy onto the motor can. They'd work, but if the prices are similar, I'd prefer the rubber o-ring type. So we'll see.

I assume you're going to go twins with this cat, since the hardware is there?

I dont know yet jeff because I also have a ekos hull coming in that I bought from dave of hrc. Dave sent it out a few days ago. I'll check if the hardware will fit this one or the ekos better. I usually run V's but venturing into cats now.

FWIW, this thread is a good example of what happens when folks don't follow the rules posted by the owner of this site. Had they been followed - there whould have been no questions.

i dont see where any rules were broken, tagasagwan was the first reply and he stated intent to buy for the asking price. he them pm'd about shipping costs. i didnt see a message from the seller confirming a sale was made pending payment so i asked.

perhaps shipping costs didnt work out, i was curious.
how were the rules broken?

The buyer did not commit to buy in the thread. He only expressed interest. The committment was apparently made in a PM. According to the rules the boat was still for sale until after you asked your question. The rules are clear - no PMs for buying committments. "Very interested" is not a committment to buy.

Have you checked you stash if you have other items up for grabs? Do you have mr200 rx, motors,props, motor mounts, etc. That can be used for this cat? If there's nothing else, then we can go ahead with this sale. PAYPAL fund's ready! Please finalize the shipping cost. On your recent pm you just mentioned 40'sh range. Thanks!
