Randy as much as I would like to help you I cant . That cooler needs to have all the 2028's fins machined off and its a nightmare to make the low profile cooler itself . I absolutely do not and will not make them unless it is for myself........Really sorry they are just way to time consuming - a tipical unit will take 8:00 hours or more to do. now Ray Schrauwen makes coolers for the 2028's that just glide on with O-rings - I seen one and it was a masterpiece and they fit over the motor with no mods to the motor .

As far as mounts Randy Herve in the Uniques section makes a beautifull combo 2028 & 2592 mount .

I am just to busy with work and still backlogged on othe $hit to be able to get to one anytime in the near future , really sorry again Randy

Mine are very simple and inexpensive.

All I use is off the shelf Aluminum tubing, end face it, sand & polish. Since they are only 1/16" thick all the way you have to put the brass fittings on after. Anyone with a lathe can make a 2028 cooler if you get the correct stock.

I still have not made a pair for a friend out west and I fell really bad. I keep saying I'll get it done, etc... and keep forgetting.

Let me know, I could use a few bucks.

Randy, just buy the stock from a metal store, have them cut it nearly to length and use a belt sander or bench sander to smooth the ends.
Paint or polish, drill 2- 5/32" holes in it and tap it to 5mm for OSE 90* fittings.

This motor has the fins, can you do one for that type of motor?

Make a note it will help, I do it all the time.
