It is rather annoying when people want to buy but need more info and then decide to pass when the sale could of been completed by the next party willing to buy right away based off info present.5. The first reply post that shows intent to buy pending more information in the thread (NOT via PM) is first in line to buy the item.
** BUT ** If the sellers item description indicates otherwise, the sellers rule takes precedence

I think the only one who can call an item "SOLD" is the seller.Nothing against you Lenny but an item is sold when money is sent and seller says so.And I've seen this done before by you.Just call dibbs on it pending info........just my 02 cents in order to avoid problems.Comment

Ive seen a lot of people tying up items for sale.
