Is that the same as the stock genesis set up?

I'm not sure. I bought it for my CF gen/daytona it was listed the same as I have it listed.

could you measure the bolt hole pattern for the transom and how far apart the two screws are that hold the rudder on?

The base that mounts to transom rough measurement
Horizontal apart 3/4"
Vertical apart 1/2"

Not sure what bolts holding the rudder you mean. The ones holding the bracket that holds the rudder to transom brace or the two that hold the rudder itself to it's bracket

The 2 holding the transom brace/strut mount to the extended rudder mount are 0.55" the two that hold the rudder to it's bracket are around 0.30"
