Shockwave 26 BL with 3600Mah NiMh and Charger - Offer?
I would like to sell my almost new Shockwave 26 BL. I purchased this recently but have found i just dont have the time or money for it, Heres a detailed description:
When i purchaed this it was purchased defective with the notorious bent drive shaft problem and some severly stripped out set screws. I took it all apart and installed a new shaft and coupler and got it back to good working order, Then i took it apart again after adjusting a few things and since have had issues with the set screws coming loose, i dont have any thread locker and i'm honestly afraid to use any for fear of the set screws stripping out like they were when i first got it so i give/gave up there!! I also painted the boat Candy Purple however id say it came out "Grape" looks awesome in the sun!!
I only ran the boat in my pool maybe 4 or 5 times so i wound up doing a bit of damage to the nose tip on the bow but bent it back into shape and sealed it up at the lip with some sealant, the boat does NOT leak at all!! its fully dry inside after running for 10+ mins in the pool. You can check my posts and see a video clip i made as well as pics of the boat as i was finishing painting it.
Now whats included with the boat is:
New Brass stuffing tube (Came with the driveshaft but wasnt needed)
1 Stock Metal Prop
1 universal joint (needs set screws)
Original Manuals
The Spektrum 2.4 Ghz Radio system (of course)
Yellow and orange original decals - left over
Prophet II AC/DC charger
1 Venom 3600 NiMh 7.2 volt battery and adaptors
I will take some good pics of the boat this coming Sunday IF need be, as i do not have time between now and then to do so but heres two for now from when i finished painting it:

I would like to accept offers on this for now, but as a hint,,, lets say this, i have into it about 20 bucks more than what it costs for the boat ONLY brand new from proboat/HH,, so somewhere in that range would be acceptable and will include the battery and charger etc.... 100% complete ready to run IF you have thread locker!! lol
