On glass its running low 50's. It needs a little tweaking with the balance/cog. I've only run it twice. The experienced fellas tell me it could break 60 with a bigger prop.

                trade

Would you be interested in a trade.I have the older rio51,which does not have much original parts. The motor is a Marine-specialties G2D straight plug motor, which has a walbro big bore carb, the intake has been raised, exhaust timing has been lowered, transfer ports widened and the cylinder has been milled to raise compression, and a wet tuned pipe from WHH.It has a marine-specialties clutch, proboat dual water pump,t-bar with oil reservoir, dual ruddders, tear drop turn fins, adjustable trim tabs,x447 3 blade prop, also a two blade stock prop.I would trade straight across as we moved and I have no lake here that will allow gas boats. You would be ahead of the game on a trade as it is worth more than a Genesis.I will let it go to someone who can use it rather than have it sit.get back to me and let me know. Best Regards
It has just been broken it.There are pics in my album. Al

Yes they sell new for $270 with a cheap brushless motor and a 125 amp esc, a plastic 40mm prop and no steering servo. Stock it runs about 30mph on 3s, it will approach 40mph on 4s and the stock esc will fry guaranteed. This is for the boat with an upgraded esc and brushless motor which each are over $100 on this site. Plus an X445 copper/berylium prop. With what I'm selling you'd be around $580 with the shipping costs.

The boat has been driven a total of 3 separate trips to the lake. I ran it with the stock setup on 3s and 4s. Then I've run it twice with the setup with the upgraded esc and motor. Its pretty much brand new.
