Aeromarine Titan 29 ARTR FINE DESIGN BUILT BOAT Very Clean Build

    SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD

Here is a VERY nice Fine Design Built Boat.... this boat and components have very few runs... has a 10xl and hacker esc... fine design turbo trans... built and sold by fine design... we can say what we want about Chris Fines Service but he does know how to build a Titan no question... his titan builds handle and perform fantastic... this boat also has a lexan subhatch so it stays VERY dry, the subhatch also makes it easy to tape down the subhatch and just use the "o" rings to keep the hatch down... most titans are a Pain in the @ss... this boat will be sold ARTR... just add radio/prop/batts... boat is in phenominal condition... only has one 1/2 inch crack in hatch... very very minor but its there... don't have picture of mark... you won't be dissapointed with this boat!!!! Selling as I just am not gonna use it... Its one sharp looking boat too... Chris used to sell these for $1295..lol.. then $995....

$530 shipped in the US 48

Price lowered to $495 shipped in the US 48

Price lowered a final time lets move it out... smoking deal here... if bought today I will even include the two 2s poly rc lipos in the pics to make it totally rtr just add radio!!! today $460 shipped !!!!!!!!!!!!

Could you explain how hte hatch sealing method works? I see no way to tape. Went to the Fine website but could not see it there either.

The Lexan hatch lid is not shown in pic..lol.. its a flat sheet of clear lexan... can you see where the balsa wood is around the hatch? that actually is where the clear lexan lid sits on... then you just tape it down and it seals nice, tidy, and flat... I have had subhatches on many of my boats... absolutley love them... if the boat ever flips you can feel assured you will time to get it before it becomes filled with water...

Thanks Tunnel... yeh it is sweet... in fact I've owned a few, few titans... the Fine Design built boats have been the best handling of them for sure... great run time with the tranny... and just lots of fun.. the fact the titans can handle some decent amount of chop means being able to run alot when other boats are sitting on shore... :)

Good idea. Also keeps the tape off the painted, show surface.

yes it does keep paint of the show surface... well at least the decals in this case because the blue is gelcoat.

Price lowered to $495 shipped in the US 48.... I think EVERYONE on here will agree this boat makes a much better alternative to any RTR boats out there... if someone has a tactic 2.4ghz tx already I can add a RXR for an extra $15 bucks so you are BND... and I will add two poly rc 3700 mah 2s lipos that are in great shape for another $30!!!

Not familiar with the geared tranny design setup what kind of performance does it give, I assume the gearing lets you run a larger prop?

it can do that... what it also does is let you maximize rpm/speed for given conditions, and run time desired, etc.. Many love the trannys... they are VERY reliable and really work well... do a simple search on here and I am sure you will get a ton of info... they can take alot of motor too... I've seen Lehner 2280's working with these transmissions... the gearing with the 10xl right now is giving the boat 40mph speed... and lots and lots of runtime... super smoooooooooooooth too!

Would you want to trade for a Traxxes 1/16 brushless Slash with tons of extras?
