I bought this earlier in the season but i am not really a hydro guy. like my cats. hull comes with hardware and an octura M435/3 copper prop. uses a 1/8 shaft. comes with foil and a extra turn fin. Also has an aluminum servo mount.Only damage is a couple of paint chips and a spot where the rescue boat chopped the right fine in the back. I sealed the hull with epoxy. just needs a touch up that I never got around to. I also added glitter effects to the hull. looks cool in the sun light. Also comes with PVC stand that doubles as a carrier just flip it over and attach a bungee cord and your good to go.
