Got my wire drive today. Was packaged in a soft envelope with the wire drive running from corner to corner with no stiffening. On the outside of this soft envelope was written, do not bend and yet, it was bent from being shipped from around the world. There was a piece of 12 gauge wire pressed into the end of the wire to keep it from poking through the thin envelope. Nonetheless, it still poked through. It's a wonder it made it at all.

The question is, what would make you think that it would make it? And why wouldn't you sandwich it between to pieces of cardboard at the very least?

Needless to say, received wire drive bent and is of little use to me. A sale is a sale and I will keep it, but be cautioned in future packing for other sales. I will not be purchasing anything again from you based on this carelessness. Meanwhile, perhaps I can use it in a toy someplace.

I got my motor mount safe and sound yesterday. I have no complaints.

Donald, your item was shipped a day or two later from the rest upon receiving your PP. I drop you an email days before( and 10 mins ago again) like everyone else with regards to your tracking info.

I'd be happy with even a bent wire drive! Oh well not enough money to complain about and with the mail strike who knows where it ended up. Was never able to figure out the "tracking number".
I believe he shipped it out promptly, everybody else received their stuff, just my usual luck mine is the one that gets lost in the mail!
