No puffing and I was still using them last season in my P-Limited OPC. I would say they are 3-4 years old. I bought them used and have only used them in P-Limited (Spec) set-ups since purchasing them. I wouldn't recommend using them in a high amp draw situation. However, I will guarantee they are not DOA on arrival. If you have ANY issues once they arrive you can let me know.
