Here is a Micro project I started and just never finished. Most all things are here to finish. All are new. ABS hull. There is full running hardware including the flex. The motor coupler. The brushless motor. The speed control with BEC. The SC can handle this motor with ease. There is a micro servo with a rod I made for stearing. Two turn fins with brackets. Various little parts and I added some foam. Was planning to run it on 3s.
Basically you need to improvise the final steps, mount the motor, servo etc and figure out a prop to use.
