what vehicle is it for?

Are you sure Diablo Sport will reset the tuner?

They do. Might be able to do it by hooking to pc. I'm not sure how they do it on the new ones. But they can.
It list what vehicles it does for that model in the link. I use it on my 1999 TA LS1 car. Used the same model on my 2000 vette too

Its easy for them to reset it, but there not gonna do it for free unless you get REALLY lucky with whoever you talk to, your best chance would be to pretend you put your car back to stock and now it wont allow to redownload.
