You can get the main rotor blades at your LHS or anywhere online. I believe they are 325mm blades and they are around $15.00 to $20.00 a pair for wood covered blades.
Yes a 2200 mah 3cell will run this setup.

I just looked in my rc box of everything and found a new pair still in the package of main rotor blades. I did not know I had them!!! will include them with this sale if interested.
