Well if your motor is 3mm these wont work for you. You will need to measure your shaft.

You would have to use a dial/digital caliper or a micrometer to accurately measure the shaft. A scale wont do.

          Micrometer:

Chud not sure which kv motor yours is but looks like hk has same shaft for all the motors that look like yours.

            It says:
            Shaft Size: ?³2.3mm?~10mm

Despite what might be claimed you still want to measure it. My 2040 motor claims to have a 2.3mm shaft but it is clearly 2.2mm. I had numerous people telling me 2.3 when I put plans for my couplers up. If the couplers were made to 2.3 and the shaft is actually 2.2 then there is excess slop thats no good.

A Caliper reading should be sufficient.

Yes, get a set of calipers.

Local Harbor Freight store or their online store.

                    Or try these:

Ive had good luck with them.

With those you need to make sure the plastic rough portion remains clean and oil free. 0 it out good, make sure the jaws are clean.

Use the back part of the caliper jaws (where its flat) to check. I usually "pinch" the ID part on the end to apply appropriate pressure.

Let me know if its still the same dimension or if you come up different.

Well were about .05mm difference here- thats .002". I know my couplers have a little clearance in them. Im not sure if there is .002" though.

I will dig out my small hole gauges and see if I have one that goes small enough. Maybe it will work out. Maybe with a few minutes and a rat tail file Im sure it will fit.
