canadian dollar is 4cents HIGHER actually, hehe, but paypal exchange ends up being closer to par but slightly in favour of cdn dollar. have Brad send it USPS priority international, (roughly $35-40) but have him value it at $150 and you wont pay any fees when you pick it up from the post office, not even tax. That way you can afford to pay him what he wants. Of course as long as your both cool with that, just trying to help.

Just wanted to mention that as I've had quite a few dealings with brad and have always been more then satisfied!! Great great trader here and one I never even hesitate to buy from!!!
