hi all again,

i am really hating to sell this because i had big delusions of grandeur for this motor..i was going to cram it in a df37 inch hull and go real fast..but maybe thats not the best idea so i am reluctantly parting with it

i have a neu 2215 750kv motor that i purchased from b.mcdaniel.2009..i have not used the motor since i purchased it from him...brad only put 5 or 6 runs on it in his df40 copy that he is selling now in the swap shop...what a beast of a motor this thing is....it has a sweet cooling jacket and williams mount for 5 inch rails..as you may know the jacket alone is 50.00 for this size motor...

i will let it go for $285.00 shipped price drop to USA with insurance and signature required.. paypal as gift would be nice but we can work out the little details as we go

I hate when that happens. That is a great price, and the motor is perfect in everyway. If you ever saw my private hobby shop you would drool. I like the best the hobby has to offer, and would not think of selling anything, if it were not in perfect shape. I am still sitting on a 2230 1y. And it looks like it will stay that way, until the next project that can fit the big motor comes along.

i can only imagine what you have...lol after seeing the killer vee and some of your listings i am sure its impressive...yes it was a great price that you do not see everyday but the good news is that i was able to use it towards payment for another boat so its going to work out ok for me..i understand where you are coming from though its tough to get a good resale even on high end components..you still have the 2230 that was on ebay correct??? if i remember right that you had an outstanding price on it..i thought it was sold

Yes I still have that 2230 1y. And I thought I was going crazy, and was the only one that understood about the highline stuff. I am not being pompous, just like what is believed to be the better performing equipment. I do some competetive racing and I don't want to break down.

I did buy a big Leopard this year however. I want to see if they are any good, and don't have to quite worry about reselling it at a big loss.

you might enjoy the leopards...although not in the same league as the lehners,neus,pletts,they perform well especially for the price..
