never wet, here are pictures. you cant see the mfg date. it was aug 07. i got this new from steven and have never had a problem with it. it was in a tunnel that was dry as a bone inside and run on 4s with a reciever pack 1515 1y at 11* timing. it has been used about 40 times and sits in the closet alot. before i built this boat it was a back-up unit in the tool box for at least 1 year..see my fleet : http://forums.offshoreelectrics.com/...hp?albumid=294Comment
