I have a brand new set of hardware I can't use. It includes all mount hardware and bushing. The rudders 5 & 1/4 with water pickup. The outlet fittings not installed in the picture. The lines on the work mat are an inch apart so you can gauge scale by that.This setup is 80+ shipping in the store. I will let it got for 50 shipped. Paypal to tommyg216@msn.com.
