I had bought this the day they came out and ran it around the house a few times. I bought a couple Hyperion 25C 240MAH batteries for it and it really scoots now. The Hyperions batteries can be charged at 5C which will cut down your charge time and they put out a lot more power than the Losi ones. The lipos have micro Deans on them and I created an adapter so you can use the stock battery or the Lipos without changing out much of anything.
I'm willing to sell the truck in like new condition, stock battery, and the two lipos for $100 shipped to the lower 48. That will save you $10, tax, and the cost of the lipos for a like new truck :)
