Don't know if it will work for you, or how well, depends on room in your hull, size of your hull, what mount you are using, what batteries, prop, what esc you have, etc. Sorry I'm not too familiar with the Elam hull.

It's about a 1200 watt max motor. Runs OK on 4s and has nice smooth bearings.
