I built this twin in 2008. Purchased from HOTR as bare hull with paint and graphics.
Runs in the low 50’s with a pair of 442’s and 4S1P per side. Run maybe a dozen times. Only two runs on these motors.
Twin 1800kv 1500W Turnigy Typhoon 500 Series Outrunners mounted with old school Fullers 540 mounts. (Temps are low with no cooling, only pulls 60 amps/side).
Twin .062 wire drives with Octura couplers running in SV27 struts with Speedmaster bushings
Hitec 645mg servo.
Custom Peter Zicha rudder bracket adapted to standard TFL 110mm rudder.

Speed controls
Batteries
Reciever
Radio

The hull does have that distinctive smell of roasted electronics from a test session with some Little Screamers that were less than optimal and toasted a speed control. As well, the graphics are showing some pealing and signs of age, and the paint has a few minor chips, but overall still a very pretty boat.
