BBY Ovalmaster 29

I am seeing if there is any interest in my ovalmaster 29. It will need a hole or two drilled and a few more screws but other wise its ready for electronics. All old holes have been filled and new stuffing tube was installed. It does not come with prop pictured, I will include a plastic one. Just trying to get my money back from it. It is setup for a proboat motor mount. Asking $70 shipped lower 48, insurance extra.

Does it come with hardware, shown? minus the prop.
Also, is it fiberglass/carbon or is it abs?

I was hoping I was going to beable to use my single battery bl system for this, but its not going to work and I'm not ready to give my other boat up yet

I looked closer at the hull and there are some cracks, so basiclly the hull is shot for good maybe?
