I do realize that the 1/4 components are not what you will use for FE, but these could be sold to cover the cost of the conversion. The Speed Master 3/16" Drive is only $ 36.00. Sorry about the cowl being cut but this was a gasser. The new cowl is not that expensive. again sell off the radio box,t-bar,stinger,prop and shaft, as well as the cut cowl and you have almost enough money to cover the cost.

Actually FE needs 1/4" drive line components as much as gas does. 3/16" cable just does not hold up to more than 6S power on the larger boats. My 10S boats use 1/4" flex cable, thank goodness.

Ahh , cool man ...thanks for the 411...i guess after thinking about it you are correct, the gas motors are on average about 6hp, the bigger brushless set ups are a more than that, i have learned..

so i guess disregard that statement guys and let 'er eat !!!
