            I have looked at this thing several times, it does look sweet. what did it look like to start off with?

                no hotwater but danny is tormenting me with it as I see it all the time. Randy new it doesn't have the polished outboard that is allot of work to polish that thing

                    It looks the same as a New/Stock one, except:
                    New needs the ride pads block sanded & Painted - Mine = Done
                    New has a lower KV motor - Mine = New UL1 Motor
                    New has smaller bullets - Mine = 5.5mm bullets
                    New doesn't have the motor vent holes in the cover - Mine = Done
                    New has the pull/pull cables too close to the hatch - Mine = Raised as high as possible. Plugged original cable holes, redrilled smaller/higher ones with brass tube sleeves.
                    New doesn't have a polished (mirror) OB - Mine = Done
                    New doesn't have a brass stuffing tube - Mine = Done
                    New doesn't have a tube oiler port - Mine = Done
                    New doesn't have a water outlet installed - Mine - Done
                    New has a tiny stand (looks like a mini mono stand) - Mine = Custom PVC
                    New one has never been wet nor had power applied to it - mine = SAME
                    New comes in original box - Mine = SAME
                    New has an MR3000 RX - Mine = Provide your own RX

                    I hope that explains the difference
