SAD,SAD Day...Looks like she was damaged in shipping.I know It wasnt shipped damaged becouse the paint chips were still in the bubble wrap.

It looks like it fell off of a 10 story building, I bubble wraped the whole boat and for the motor to even come loose it had to be beatin up hard.

Ok,I've never had this happen before.What happens next?Was it shipped inshured?Do I call ups?Do they pay for partcial damage or I give them the boat and hope they send me a buck or two?OR AM I JUST SCREWED!

Im somewhat a newbie to boats.This was going to be my first "REAL"boat.My Christmas present to me.So I have a few ?'s.
Lets just say(and hope ) UPS steps up and admits their negligence.
What should I ask for?I mean..I like this boat and could not buy one like it tomorrow for what I paid.Even if they gave me my money....im still out a boat.So I was thinking (IF THEY STEP UP)of getting the damage repaired.
So what do you guys think it would cost to repair?Im thinking the hull should be replaced.Their are stress cracks on the top about 2 inches from the nose.Even if the hull could be repaired,I couldn't do it.I would have to pay someone(I f I could find someone)and for what that would cost I could buy a new one.What about labor to build another one?And you guys think I should strip the hull incase they want to take it?I know thats not honest but.......I hate the thought of the hardware and tronics just getting scrapped and because .........IM PI**ED OFF!
