29" Aeromarine Mean Machine Electric Layup Fine Design Built Boat

    SOLD SOLD SOLD
Here is one of my first boats I bought when getting into fast electric... I bought this boat direct from fine design and was literally their webiste boat as here... scroll down the page... this is the actual boat for sale here.... he told me it was the boat on the website when I bought it... they still use the same pic...lol. This boat is a super nice and a super clean build, chris poured epoxy into the battery locations to even out the floor and add strength... I am going to do this on my next mean machine.... he exopied in the velocro which holds tight becuase of it.... I bought this when Chris Fine was still Chris Fine a good businessman...lol...and you actually got the products you ordered from him. (I actually no kidding paid $1295 for it.... ya crazy I know..... had a nemesis 10xl and came with two 3700 25c poly rc 2s lipos)... I was a total NEWB then and hadn't found OSE yet....lol....

    http://www.finedesignrc.com/deals.asp

Boat has a couple very minor marks... none of which take away from the rigidity of the hull in fact other then the hatch there is not one "crack nor spiders" in the gelcoat... these are thick hulls and super sturdy....
-on the last outing my lab bit the boat..lol... thought it was a tennis ball...made a very small hole in the outside of hull which I will fill with a dab of epoxy prior to shipping and made a small hole on hatch.... both just cosmetic... though this is a electric layup hull it is VERY strong and sturdy..... in fact I own a aeromarine mean machine nitro hull and this one is MUCH MUCH Higher quality.... stronger too... wierd as I thought the nitro would be stronger and more rigid..not so...
-one of the sponsen tips has a very very small ding in it caused during transportation.... dinged it on the liftgate of my suv... ouch.... had to get the dent doctor on the suv...
    - has a very small crack in right side of hatch too which I already drizzled a little epoxy over....

The boats for sale in the following status:

Castle Hydra 120 amp esc (very few runs, under 10, did snip the red bec wire at connector, easily reattatched) or the buyer can opt for a like new Seaking 180 esc
    Nice Stainless Hardware
Nice Hitec HS Servo and all Linkage
Boat has Very nice subhatch and stays VERY dry... in fact the subhtach makes this one of my most enjoyable boats to run... underneath the hatch the subhatch tapes down super super easy and with then I just use the Orings to latch the hatch down and have no worries of ever getting this thing wet..... and hatch has its own foam flotation too!
boat has a fairly fresh flex shaft.
Boat has the on/off switch for the rxr pack on the outside (I like these)
Boat will come with customers choice of motors....
you can choose a Brand New in box Castle 1512, or a BNIB 1520.. (1520 is sitting in it now)

$525 shipped in the US 48 with hydra, Castle motor of choice, flex, servo, hardware, subhatch....BUYER TO PAY PAYPAL FEES.....I really don't wanna sell this boat but I bought another MM project boat and a pt21 and I just bough Ripfences Rico From B.Mcdaniel....lol.... so somethings gotta give....

Oh heres a vid with just a 10xl.... ran real nice with just the 10xl !!

I actually think the 1512 Castle would be an awesome motor for this hull too... 1800kv on 4s and 5s..... these hulls love the high 40's low 50's range and are rock solid.....

its gonna be really hard to pack up and ship away... this exact boat is really what hooked me on boats in general.... super reliable and easy to run... silky smooth... Chris Fine knew how to build a mean machine... its just his business sense sucks..

Thanks Aaron.... there is just something about a nice looker..... they are like nice looking woman.... when they look good you don't mind people knowing you are playing with them..... when they are "a little rough around the edges" we tend to play with them, and then hurry up and put them away before anyone notices... :)
