is this prop shaft 3/16 or can you make it reduced to 1/8 prop? i want to use a 27mm prop and minicatracing 3mm strut. and how long are the shafts?

PROP SHAFT is 3mm dia. x 2" long,the stainless steel quality is 316 not 3/16
wire drive can be made up to 10" total lenght(including prop shaft)
these were designed for the minicat velocity mono as direct fit.
