          Apply a steady dc voltage, say 5Vdc and get a tachometer to measure rpm. Take total rpm & divde by 5V = Kv, or Rpm per volt.

            oh well you'll have to let me know when you find out. i was told by the previous owner it is 1850kv. im curious

                Hey Ray I still have a Quannum 3670 - 1250 kv , I think the 3655's only came in one available KV

                  Quannum made 2 motors, the 3655 1350 kv and the 3670 1000kv. I had a 3670 until I messed up the winding wires or overdid it.

                  Ran great in the maritimo cat on 18 cells or so...

                  This was an ARC.
