                Neat little boat. Well packed!

                Thanks!

Now, to figure out how to set it up and what kind of power / weight would be good.

The UL-1 motor and esc would be a good choice for this boat...

I've never owned a UL-1 but I have seen/heard that the stock motor mount is not made for heavy motors.. maybe the castle 1512 1800kv? the 2650 would be cool too but they weren't on sale... unless you got one from Steve here at OSE, I remember when the sale first went on steve must of thought Castle included the 2650kv 1512 when actually that motor was $199 still at Castle... steve priced it down to $60!! Just thinking the 1512 as its shorter then the other 15XX of course and probably would work better with the stock mount while still giving some more pop and ability to swing a bigger prop.. just a thought...

Yeah, I was noticing the amount of leverage the tail of the motor has on the hull. It's a bit of a stretch on the hull mounts to let the tail bounce up and down...
Maybe I'll put an outrunner in it. They are nice and short.

I ran my ul1 with a Steve Neu 1515 2200kv on 4s and it was a rocket.Had zero problems with the motor mount.
