    LSH '68 Roostertail Clone

I had this boat built to clone my '68 Gale's Roostertail 1/10 scale. I ran it in LHS with a SV motor and a cut down X645. It is stupid fast. The boat will come with a speedmaster rudder, strut, servo, SV motor and motor mount. The top deck separated at the seam about 2in. on on the port side. I repaired it and put radio box tape over it while it dried [ that I have never removed.] It is a blast to drive and the bottom is blue printed. $150 plus shipping

I just sent you 165.00 as a gift. I always wanted a boat like this, just don't have the time and painting skills! At some point, I may make the leap to the bigger 1/8 scale models, they look like a blast.

Jim, go down the forum. I am selling my 1/10 scale Roostertail. The post and pics say it all. The pics on both boats do not do them justice

Gary, not to confuse things, but I just looked at your other boat and I think that would be more the size I would like. What would you charge me for that boat instead? I would like to get it with the hardware you listed with the strut and rudder included. So, 165.00 plus what ? for the larger boat???

Gary, I got the boat in great shape! I am going to get it back together tomorrow for a possible run on Sunday. Thanks! I have no idea how people get such a great finish on a wood hull.

Hydromaniac, right here on this forum painted the boat. He is an artist and will share with you his technique. With the inside turn fin it goes sponson to sponson in the turns. Looks just like the big boats.
