Received the hull today. To be frank, I was a bit dubious on the condition of the hull given the number of times this boat has been sold on OSE....

But I am delighted! It is in great shape and I love the paint scheme-- it looks orange on the photos but is actually red.

I'll be pairing her up with a Castle 1518 and a Swordfish 120 on 4S2P. I expect she''ll stay here in San Jose CA for quite a while.

Chuckle. Doesn't it look nice. I owned it at one time. I built the carbon fiber tray that the servo sits in. The finish on that boat is really top notch.

        Nice job on the tray!

I like the "eat my roost" decal... Who was responsible for that?

Glad youre happy. When I first got this boat I thought the same thing...Its a beautiful boat. I was a bit disapointed in the turning ability the first time on ran it (on 6s2p) but when I got the setup right and went to 4s2p and a smaller prop, she handled great! You will love this boat, I am sure. Nice doing business with you, I wouldnt hesitate to do so in the future

I think one of the original owners. As I recall the orginal owner was from Australia, Then Florida, Then Texas(me), Then Florida... I am sure if I got the sequence wrong the other owners will speak up.

I actually only sold it myself because a brand new Triton hull came up for sale and I bought it. I am still running that one. Great Sport boat.

Here is a quote I found on this boat from what I think was the original owner:
"I tell ya this hull has been sold more times than any thing known to man, it ia a great hull and has traveled the world !! From Europe to Australia to the USA from one side to the other, must be some kind of record! And my favorite decal is STILL on her WOW. Keith I may just buy her back one day"

Search under "Triton" and you will see her history. Alas, that famous decal fell prey to the last owners wife...
