#1 has a blown cap I think from sparking/powering it up too many times in a row. I was bench testing it and trying to program it when it popped and stopped working altogether.
#2 has two blown FETS from over heating. Just the two top ones from what I can tell, but don't know about the middle boards. I've seen where guys have unsoldered them and installed cooling plates. So why not just swap FET boards. Might work out OK.
I'm fairly certain that one can be scavenged for the other if you can do some tiny soldering... I just don't care to mess with them.
