It's a Peter Zicha mount with ESC plate if that helps u diesel. I don't know if it will fit. I know the screw holes are the common size for motors (25mm I think it is) the motor that's in there now is pretty big.

I know this is out there, but would you be willing to trade it for a Kenwood DDX6019 in dash DVD CD player touch screen? The wife told me to get rid of her radio if it will get her a boat lol.
