Yes, it is the stock strut and flexcable for the HK Genesis. The only thing different is the mounting bracket is speedmaster.....

The 540J is the Johnson standard 27 turn RS-540, as opposed to the Mabuchi RS-540SH one. There's not much difference between the two, they're both 'kit standard' 27 turn motors, although the Johnson one seems a bit quicker.
