I just got this motor and water jacket from Steve a week ago.
This motor is new and never used! I have changed connectors to 5.5mm and add motor coupler from 5mm to 0.150 shaft.
Very solid, heavy and good looking motor.
The plan was to try it on DF-33 but I just got new motor for my baby that is the same as it allways was so do not need this one.
Price is firm $100.00US plus PP fees shipped US and Canada.
This motor is the same diameter as NEU 1521 and 4 pole. Detailed specs are on OSE here:

Hey robert I think this motor is more comparable to a 1515 neu.. am I right... I thought the 4082 was the same dimensions as the 1521.... just what I have read...

NEU vs LEOPARD...
Lenght is not the same as 1521 but diameter it is.
It fits 1521 water jacket ( besides the lenght )
Great fit to my 1521 motor mount....
