DF41 showed up today at work. Thanks Tracy.

Tell your wife she did an excellent job of packaging. With the noodles that were in the box I won't even have to go to wally mart to get flotation for it.

LOL....How many did she use. I had a stash set aside for a few new boats. I bet she wiped me out.

        Glad you got it safe

You may have to get some. Just kidding. I probably got one whole purple one and abuot 1.5 of the smaller greens. Hopefully she didn't find your main stash.
That's some really nice hardware. Do you know where it came from? I might want to replace the strut bushing some day and find areplacement band for the motor mount.
I got the strut bolted back on already.
Gonna have to round up some bolts for the rest of it though. Not a big deal just gonna slow me down for tonight.
Oh yeah, I got part of a williams motor mount too.

Finally got around to rounding up some odds n ends bolts & nuts today and have most of the heardware reinstalled.
Took me a little while to come up with a mount since using the rail mount on the output end of the motor made it way too high. Finally came up with a "hybrid" using one of the rails and one bottom type mount that looks like it's going to work though. Should be ready for water testing by next weekend.
            Thanks again T.

Glad you could put it to good use Bill......here is what I worked my way up to. If you have never had a Lg Delta Mono you will be surprised at how they handle. Lehner 3060/10 on 10s or 12s.

                  Nice boat T. I have a DF-33 but that's a few short of 41.

I found the Williams rails at South River RC http://southriverrcboats.com/shop/ca...aram=cid%3D%26

I'd still like to know who makes that strut. I know that someday I'll lose that little tail bushing and would love to have some spares.

Still haven't run the DF clone yet but did manage to get the bosses son to make me a wrap for the deck today. It's got a few wrinkles but can't complain about the price. I figure at 50 feet & 50+ mph nobody will notice anyways.

Looks great! If he could perfect the 'wrap' system, a lot of people would keep him busy! The compound curves are a real challenge. It will be insteresting to see how well it stays on too! Ask him if the wrap can be safely clear coated. I'll be watching with great interest. Might have him do my 1/10th Scale and 1/8th hydros!

Looking forward to seeing the boat at Archies on Sept 11th!
