H&M No Step 1 Hull with Hardware and Motor

I picked this up in a trade deal on here not too long ago. It has been painted, but the top coat is peeling up from the bottom coat color in some areas, especially around the hatch. The turn fin needs to be sharpened as it has a small ding in it near the tip. The motor is a Feigao 540 8L and it's a handful running on 3S and will suck a bit of current with the prop that's on there. I ran it with a SeaKing 120A and either 3S 30C Turnigy 5000 or 3S 25C Hyperion 5000. Where the hatch sits, a section along the edge has broken off as can be seen in the picture. The motor mount is water cooled and it includes the pictured servo. I have tried to describe this as accurately as possible, but if you have any questions or concerns, please ask.

Correct. It's maybe a few degrees from perpendicular and was that way when I got it.

does it affect the performance?how much without the motor?

It tracks straight and turns well at lower speeds. At higher speeds or sharp turns, it hops a little, but I've seen that with a lot of the No Step 1 vids I've watched.

Since it would have to go priority international, I can't drop the price a lot without the motor. I'd go to $148 shipped without the motor.

Yes, it's a 3/16 shaft. I ran a single 3S 5000mAh with it. 2 batts will fit though as my next step would have been a SV27 motor on 4S.

if you need help setting this thing up let me know... i ran it on 2s and a neu 1512 and it flew... with a 35mm prop it had verry low amp draw and temps.
