Schumacher gtr-e 3speed brushless 125mph++ speed car!!

Up for sale is my pride and joy of my Top Speed fleet!! This is a very Rare 1/8 scale Schumacher GTR-E 3 Speed Brushless Top Speed car!!!
I have a MAMBA MAX PRO ESC/5700 KV BRUSHLESS SYSTEM I recently just installed along with 2 new waterproof traxxas servos,new 3 speed gear assembly and 3 speed pinion!!! (NOTE>>THIS IS NOT A NITRO TO ELECTRIC CONVERSION CAR!!!) i HAVE MADE ONLY ABOUT 15 PASSES ON THIS CAR SETTING IT BACK UP SINCE GOING THRU ENTIRE CAR!!
ON A GOOD 2'S LIPO,,73 TO 79MPH AVG,,3'S LIPO 93 TO 98MPH AVG,,4'S LIPO 118 TO 127MPH AVG SPEED i MEASURED ON MY bUSHNELL RADAR GUN!!!!!
This car will break 130++ MPH I am sure of it,,just didnt have the room to go all out,,this car stays very firmly planted on high sped passes being a 1.8 scale and on Aluminum chassis,,the esc/motor temp never got above 127 degrees while testing set up,,(key is the 3 speed set up and having the room to get her topped out) the car handle perfectly!!!
the ESC is only set on factory defaults except for reverse lockout(3 speed will not reverse) BBraking is turned to 0 braking on esc because this car is equipped with manual brakes like nitro versions!!!!'This also will reduce pressure on motor shaft going form high top speeds to slowing car fast(hence no breaking motor shaft)

This car will come 100% RTR with New JR Radio/reciever installed and also a exact matching NIP Frewer Racing Porshe 911 GT1 body like the one on the car now,,also i will include a extra 3 speed gear set and some extras for replacement parts in case of mishap!!!! (FREWER RACING BODIES COST $100.00 EACH SHIPPED AND ARE MADE FAR SUPERIOR TO OTHERS ON THE MARKET!! SUPER THICK AND VERY RIGID)

The body on the car now is scuffed on top from 1rst time i made pass with because i had body with no wing and set to low,,protected car perfectly,,didnt crack anywhere!!rear wheel openings are not cut for aerodynamics!!!touched up around body post holes,,(but grabbed wrong blue paint(not cracks)

Very, Very nice build you have here. I had a similar setup on a ta05ifs (4s medusa 5900 and protoform mulsanne body). Only hit around 105ish though before became frustrated with how fragile it was. Anyways, good luck with the sale for a SWEET speed run car.

THX FOR COMMENT ,,I HATE TO SELL THIS CAR,,IT TOOK ME A VERY LONG TIME TO FIND THIS CAR,,BOUGHT IT OUT OF MYRTLE BEACH sc FROM A FELLOW WHO OWNED A HOBBYSHOP AND WAS HIS PERSONAL CAR FOR SPEED,(sorry about caps lock)i had a Novak HV Maxx with 4 cell smart stop with a 4.5t brushless in it and it would still run about like yours9around 104 to 111mph,,but broke motor shaft a couple weeks back,,,the 3 speed pinion is only made in 3.5mm(1/10 scale motor shafts,,but i put the Mamba Max Pro in and was shocked that it is alot faster and runs alot coller,,wanted to try the ole 5's in her,,,but didnt have enough parking lot too get her maxed out on the 3 or 4's lipos,,so figured i wouldnt risk hurting the car,,,3 speed is the magic key to this car and the 1/8 scale aluminum chassis makes it perfect weight to keep straight thru the top end runs,,but I got laid off from Cheverolet dealership paint shop and want too finish my new found addictions,,hydro and outriggers for top speed set ups,,mainly stright runs,,no boat racing around hear and still learning from guys on this site and other sites ,,,nobody to run with here in Augusta GA..,,but thx and good luck geting that ride on up in the MPH's!!!!!take care,,keep the bottom side down!!!!!

I've progressed away from touring cars and moved onto the larger 1/8 scale buggy and buggy-based onroads for my speed addictions. Much more forgiving on a not-so-even surface. Had my 8ight up to 104mph and am working on an inferno GT for 130+. If the schumacher, or the HPI super nitro for that matter, weren't discontinued I would have gone with one of those instead. Oh and Novak sucks IMO.

You may get more interest in the car on RC-ISC or RC-Monster. Anyway, GL again with the sale. It looks fast just sitting there.

Hey,,i just sold my 1/8 Kyosho Inferno VE buggy speed project last week,,,you gt inferno is a good candidate for more speeds,,,check out the Finedesignsrc.com and check out their inferno set up,,i have seen one of these run while i was in florida running with some fast electric guys there,,,guy hit 141mph with one of these set ups,,mind blowing,,,I have my car,,mamba max bandit and monster esc/2200kv brushless listed on couple sites also just while ago,,, Top End speed runs are my main passion,,but the boats i drove one about 6 weeks ago(a UL-1 superior and got hooked like a fish,,lol,,,I now have 3 ul-1's,1 Elam plus brushless ,elastrom ,miss budweiser, and 2 other custom painted proboat nitros,,2 miss vegas and 1 miss lumar nitros,2 outriggers(1 blizzard ultra and a Etti demon),,mini seadrifter with ugraded motor/prop and widowmaker 22 brushless,,just sold my supervee,,i have the new Titan and Stiletto brushless boats on preorder,,they should come in next couple weeks,,and a couple castle esc/motors ,ul-1 and super esc/motors extra if i get the white UL-1 superior ,,i will have all 4,,lol,,,bought all these just in last 5 weeks or so,,,,but i am torn between doing my top speed on-roads and the boats,,,love them both,,,I was very lucky to get the Schumacher,,,it has been one of the bast speed cars ever,,also runn 2 X-ray t2 008's and a Team Academy SRT-4 pro ,1.10scale that will all run avg of 95 to 115mph,,have got 124mph out of the Acamey once ,,but lot i run in isnt long enough to find out any top end all outs,,yes novaks are sucking anymore,,all castle now and have medusa and novak 3.5 t motor i will use sometimes,,,sold off all my off-roads and nitro on/off roads to get all the boats and boat upgrades,,but got laid off,,so i gotta part with a couple things maybe,,have intrest in couple already,,,figured i would put the GTR-e on here since everyone like speed for the most part for when water isnt a option on a certain day and you need that speed fix,,lol,,these are my other on-road fixes,,Nova wont upload,,,;-(,,,bot to have the fix when i need it,,lol

Schumacher GTR-E 1/8 scale 3 speed!!!

Hey,,I still have the car RTR minus your lipo amd aa batteries,,,I just made some test passes last nigh on her,,,she was making solid pulls of avg 113,117,,121,122,126mph was the top speed i got her too in the lot i test in which is basically only about 300 feet,,the 3 speed take alot of room too even get new top speeds,,as of yet i have not found out a baseline top end speed on this car,,,she did strip 1rst gear on a pass last night,,i have already replaced it(motor moved on me some during that pass,,had to move back up and tighten it back down,,the car is a very rare car and the frewer racing bodies are just as rare ,,i have extra 3 speed assembly and a nip Frewer Racing GTR1 body also that is included with a New JT XR2 digital am radio/reciever,,the car is extremely fast,,ost passes made last nigh and other night the car is still in second gear,,,you can tell when the car changes gears by the sounds she makes...very stable in high spoeed runs also,,goes very straight and being a 1/8 scale she is very stable also,,also schumacher menace(nitro) parts are interchangable with this car as well,,but all parts are still available thru Schumacher racing,,,i have been really considering keeping her,,,I have alot of brushless cars and this is the best speed one i own,,,but i have a room full of brushless Hydro's and Outriggers i have been upgrading with castle esc's and motors and couple other brands,,I really have not considered it for a trade because it is just that rare,,you cant find this car online anywhere that i have searched,,,if you google Schumacher GTR-e #speed electric RC car,,all you will get is my a i have posted here and on couple other sites and a you tube video of this car as the prototype they were testing,,the car currently has a castle Creations Mamba Max Pro esc with the 5700kv mbrushless system,,,,the 3 speed pinion is also new,,has set of foams on her,,the body that is on the car now was slid on roof first time i made a pass,,had body set too low and no rear spoiler,,the body is super strong and very thick,,beside the scuff on the roof,,no cracks or rips anywhere,,I may not sell if it doent sell sooon,,had way too many trade offers,,but for the everyday stuff you can buy at any hobbyshop and not no comparison to the speeds this car will do,,,but is for sale till Sunday only,,,see the car and my Ratings on RC Universe,,this is all i do is top end speed runs and hydro's and Outrigger sped runs,,only thing i am actually wanting is more brushless hydro/outriggers or a new Traxxas revo with the new V3 Mamba Moster system in it,,since i have sold all my trucks off to buy boats,,,thats about it,,feel free to sk for any details and more pics,,site would let me upload too many because the pics are large formatted for details,,thx,,Bobby

Do you by chance know a little about Ouriggers????I got a Blizzard Ultra Rigger and a Mini sea drifter with upgraded 380 and turn fin in recent trade with Meniscus here on OSE for my newer 1/8 buggy i had(brushless) iI have couple set ups i could start with,,i have brand new UL-1 esc/motor,,supervee27 esc/motor,,castle 120 Hydra with castle BEC and got a huge cannon looking Top Edge Ultimate brushless motor 2045kv(3-5sli-poIB3660-09 i got from G-Freak racing...amy sound like a good place to start,,just got a brass 440 prop on it right now,,need to post on help site with pics of everything i have that can go in the boat and the boat itself..but thx again for the kind words and the request and shipping early,,,great guy,,,glad I have had the pleasure to meet you,,,thx,,Bobby
