OK so I made a impulse trade today. I was selling my home stereo equipment on craigslist and the next day I found a guy selling a BJ26. I asked if he wanted to trade he said sure so I picked it up today. I verified the motor spun before the trade was offical. I threw some 5.5mm bullets on it (he had traxxas on it) and took it to the lake and hit the throttle and it went backwards
so after I swapped some motor connectors I hit the throttle again and she went. I must say I really enjoyed driving it. I was using a pair of Tenergy 4000mah 25c 2s. Here's the downfall when I pulled the boat out of the water after it went backwards their was some water in the hull. The transom sunk under a little going backwards and I am not sure if the water came from their. I drained it while swapping motor connector to change direction and when I came back in after the run it was fine. Their is a few nicks and dinks in the front of the sponsons from where he said he bumped a wall at the pond, he repaired it and I don't see any issues with the boat other than that. I have a Genesis in the mail and Scotty from Skunk Works has a cat for me so 3 cats in 2 weeks is a bit much for me.
