WTB:hardware for a 51" mono deep v hull single or twin drive setup

A buddy of mine bought my 51" mono gt hull I'm wanting to try to help him find some hardware either new or used if you got anything that will work with a boat that size let me know, thanks

and if some one could take the time to maybe make a list of evrything that he will need to build that hull
like motor mount or mounts, trim tab, drives?, etc...
I'm unsure of a complete build like this with just a bare hull

Btw I got my HPR from sandy and I love this thing!! Itl be in the water in a month or less!
