WTB Hydro Wings

Guys if any one has a set of tail rudders or a full set with the top airfoil for a 12th scale to sport hydro I am in the market. Links to buy them will help also. I am going to check horizon for the proboat stuff after work but suspect its pricy.

Hmmm... I have this listed on E-Bay:

It's really not that hard to make them... Get some pre-shaped wing material from the LHS, get it shaped the way you want it... cover it with thinned epoxy... sand to finish... Then they'll float if they get knocked off...

Also, if you can devise a way to just tape them on, you'll save yourself some hassle... I've seen it in action... and it's a great idea...

Danmit I want that turbine cowl...Now I gota fight for it...lol. Beware of the bid sniper. He is lurking. I was thinking of a removable wings. If the base had some flanges tape would work. I was looking @ model kits today. The SR-71 rudders looked good along with the eleavons on the F-4. But the kits where to much money to blow on 2 parts. I may wind up makin the uprights. Hey Guys, I got my vegas wings that are not doing me any good, in perfect shape. I am running my vegas without it any one need it let me know. make an offer.:D They never been in the water. Brand New and from 2nd generation Vegas. Wing is complete , sides and all.

Not a problem Darin. I totaly understand. I saw it listed in horizon and know what to bid. I will get it as long as it don't go to much over the cost of a new one. Thanks for the offer on the braces. It's a little incentive to sneek in a bigger bid :).

Mr Mauian I am thinking those wings are way to big for a 24 inch hydro. I think they may look silly if I cut them down. I would be willing to go 15 bucks to see. let me know.
