See this is what's wrong with judging a person on post counts.
I will vouche for Howard personally. You wont get any junk from him. You wont get a no show on what you bought. I know him, we've raced together for ages, he throws his junk in the trash.Noisy personComment

Please don't take this wrong way but were is it yours or anyone else job other than the moderators or Steven's for you to tell him he needs pictures???Comment

It's a rule. Collectively we can all help so that they are followed. It will make for better transactions if people folloew the rules. I was interested in one of the 1521's originally. That's why I asked in the first place. Obviously it isn't my JOB to enforce OSE's rules, but it doesn't hurt to ask for a pic does it?Comment

I must admit that I have been lax in moderator duties as of late due to all the "helpful" members beating me to the punch. I see no need in double posting theonce it has already been brought to everyone's attention. These members can be looked at as Helpful or harmful. Helpful in that OSE has always been self-moderated for years. Harmful in that the assigned moderators can get a false sense of security knowing these members are on the ball. In a perfect world, if a member sees a rule violation, the "report post" button will alert admin and mods to the thread or post in question.
I know that I have a soft voice as a mod on this forum because it's my nature and petty issues typically resolve themselves in due time (even though they are rule breaking issues).
Steven has started a thread about the swap shop issues and it seems to be getting out of hand. Since the hard spoken SJFE has not been around to play "bad cop" to my "good cop" I have no choice but to raise my voice once in a while. I hope that members don't take this personally, I just need to keep order on Stevens forum, so from here on out, Please follow all the posted rules and there will be no worries.
Thank you everyone."A quick temper will make a fool of you soon enough."

Rum, I know the rules. I was here when it was suggested. my point is I think it should be the moderators jobs to put the seller in line, and not some of the other members ways.....example: "PICTURES"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
there are other ways to do this, as it seems to piss some people off with swap shop cops.
Personally I can care less, I picked your post to quote because it stated the most accurate statement: "How hard is this guys? Really?"Comment

Its simple. The better the post is, the higher the chance to get business will be. Many of us, like myself, are here to learn, enjoy and possibly provide feedback, regardless if we are buyers, salers or observers.... That is why OSE is the best. We join here, read and write to help each other no matter if salling or buying or just beeing here.
Its even simpler:
If there is item for sale it hast to have a picture backing up the add. How much simpler this can be?????
Please......
When I have item for sale it is my pleasure to back it up with picture. Good quality picture...
That is what I call fun!
We have no warranty, no return policy, items are mostly used, sometimes new. Picture is the only motivation for many of us to just get the money out.... Lets respect the rules. They are here for reason: fun, fun, fun.....
So from now on guys please lets not get lasy and post adds with pictures.
