    LF 36" ish cat hull

I am fixinta start my consolidation build (sold some boats and have a hole to fill).

I am leaning towards the Jolly cat sold here at the OFE store, but thought I'd see if anyone might have a bare hull laying around with any dust on it. I would prefer an undrilled hull and have all hardware/electronics covered.

    Lets see whatcha gots.........................

I have an apparition painted hull/hardware that I am going to sell this next week. It has the twin stingers and rudder on it factory. Just finishing a repair and paint on the front. The boat is only two runs old. Thinking I may separate it, possibly.

Give me a day or two on the pics. Details: no motors or electronics. Drives have 4mm shafts. I would like $65 for the hardware and $85 for the hull + shipping. I am open to offers too.

I'll second that! I run a sprintcat with 1527/1Y on 6S. It screams!! Another guy in our club has the same. We duke it out pretty good.

Problem is, I don't really like the Aeromarine cats or I wouldn't be posting here. I like the scale look of the balsa cats, but I don't feel like spending all my free time building one. I realize the sprintcat rocks, but I just don't get all giddy looking at it.

42"x 13" balsa epoxy carbon/glass. Scaled from the shockerman design.
Needs finishing, will have to weigh it. It is light though.

who built it? What does needs finishing include? It looks kinda lumpy on the ride pads - how true is the hull? I was hoping to avoid another hull prep project... I think 42 is a bit long.

I built it about a year or two ago, it is straight, just never really started sanding and finishing it. Too many projects. I may post it for sale on here at some point, it is just taking up space for me.

Technically 'screaming' occurs at 53.6mph and ends at 71.8 mph anything beyond this is 'ripping'.

                            Sorry, I was bored;-)

Find my sprintcat build and see what it looks like when you get the 'classic' hatch and turn it around backwards. Big improvement!
